Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategic roadmap to penetrate and expand market share in HNW segments, aligning with company objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Wealth Management, Private Banks, International Intermediaries and Family Offices for client acquisition and co-create premium services and experience
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Underwriting, Risk Management, and Product teams to design exclusive privileges and insurance solutions best suit the HNW clients

2. Brand Positioning & Marketing Excellence

  • Define an ultra-premium brand narrative and identity emphasising personalisation and unparalleled services, tailored to resonate with HNW clients.
  • Develop and maintain HNW clients’ communications (including dedicated website, marketing collaterals, customer correspondence and etc)
  • Design and deploy customised and high-impact marketing initiatives (, private events, strategic partnerships, exclusive experiences).
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to refine client segmentation for HNW-specific initiatives.
  • 3. Customer Management and Experience Excellence

  • Partner with Operation and Distribution teams to design premium servicing model, including dedicated concierge teams, and tailored claims experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across touchpoints.
  • Develop Customer Management Framework to sustain the engagement the HNW clients to uplift customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience : 10+ years in leadership roles within HNW markets, including insurance, financial institutions, private banking, and luxury brands
  • Proven success in scaling HNW client segments
  • Expertise in HNW client segmentation including developing various marketing initiatives such as exclusive events and experiences
  • Deep knowledge of Global HNW Trends
  • Entrepreneurial agility with a passion for redefining industry standards
