Introduction :
Our client, a well-established Beauty Products Distributor, is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings :
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with country teams in Asia markets and Global Brand Development Teams in Germany and America, to facilitate the formulation and execution of deployment plans in Asia
- Build strong partnerships with commercial and education teams supporting initiatives delivery
- Support performance reviews, present findings and learnings to global / regional / country teams to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with research team to conduct market data and intelligence research and reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats
- Manage brands assets (print & digital) localization that fit in omni-channel sales distribution (salon, retail and ecommerce), ensuring adherence to brand principles and Asian relevance.
- Manage regional trade events, marketing tools creation and production
- Handle other ad hoc marketing / business tasks as needed
Requirements :
University Graduate in Marketing, Business Development or related disciplines, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry3 years' relevant marketing and brand experiencesProactive, business-savvy and self-motivatedStrong communication and project management skillsAble to work independently with strong passion for achievementStationed in Hong Kong, willing to travel and attend virtual meetings at nightMust be excellent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
