Job description

Our client is a well-established merchant wholesaler specializing in the distribution of electronic components and household electrical products across Asia.

Location : Sheung Shui (Mong Kok in 2026)

Salary : HKD 18 - 23K

Working hours : 5 days' week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm)

What You'll Join

  • A modest team of dedicated local staff
  • A stable work environment with clear responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting duties independently, including :

    • Payment processing

  • Invoice issuance
  • Payroll and MPF calculations
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) preparation
  • Perform general administrative support tasks
  • Liaise with external accounting firm for annual closing procedures

    • Requirements

  • Experienced in practical accounting
  • Calm, dependable, and committed to long-term employment
  • Native Cantonese with proficiency in Mandarin and English, Japanese is a plus
  • Immediately available is a big advantage
