Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer student exchange programmes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administer scholarship and financial assistance schemes for student exchange programmes
  • Develop strategies and execute the plans for promoting campus inclusion and cultural diversity
  • Provide administrative support to budgeting, reporting, data collection and personal data privacy matters of the Office
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to committees and alliances which the University takes part in
  • Assist in the overall planning and execution of the University’s non-local student recruitment strategies
  • Organize a wide spectrum of promotional activities to prospective non-local students, foster sustainable relationships with overseas feeder schools
  • Work closely with the University’s UG Admissions team
  • Assist in data collection and reporting of the Office
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
  • Frequent travel may be required

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and other European language(s) would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, management, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in working in higher education and dealing with counterparts from diverse backgrounds would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge in data analytic / statistical software
  • Sound knowledge of student exchange and campus inclusion is preferred
  • Candidates with less / more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

    Salary and Fringe Benefits

    The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
