About the Role
We have exciting opportunities to join us in a fresh approach to developing pathways into drug and alcohol treatment for people affected by Homelessness or with experience of the Criminal Justice system. We are looking for a number of Recovery Coordinators to join us at a time of exciting development and transformation across our London services in :
Our teams provide support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use.
What You’ll Do
You will be an integral member of one of our dynamic treatment team working closely with team leaders and partners developing and delivering tailored support including recovery planning and case management to enable service users to make positive changes across all stages of their recovery journey
You will provide targeted support for service users, from brief interventions through to structured treatment, ensuring that every recovery journey is tailored to individual priorities. You will take a “whole person” holistic approach, ensuring that every service users package of care encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, not just their substance use, to achieve the best possible outcomes for every person.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need :
Whether you come from a strong background in the substance misuse sector, have experience in mental health support, have a history in the criminal justice field, or possess a relevant academic background, we welcome you to join our diverse team.
