Job descriptionDiploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry with 3 years at supervisory level Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Descriptions :
- Represent the hotel management to offer on site assistances to all operation areas of the hotel whenever required in order to protect the interest of the hotel
- Ensure high standard of services being delivered to guests, especially for special VIPs, within the hotel
- Monitor guests comments and to ensure guests’ satisfaction
- Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned
