The Role

Were looking for a seasoned MongoDB Specialist to design manage and optimize high-availability database systems. This is a senior role that requires hands-on experience with MongoDB administration performance tuning and data modeling. Youll work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure the database environment is secure scalable and resilient.

The Requirements

• Were seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience :
• Solid experience as a MongoDB Developer DBA or Administrator
• Expert-level knowledge of MongoDB querying aggregation pipelines indexing and advanced performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas Ops Manager or Compass
• Proficient in replication sharding and NoSQL data modeling
• Skilled in managing MongoDB clusters (e.g. replica sets sharded clusters)
• Familiarity with backup restore and disaster recovery processes
• Comfortable working in Linux / Unix environments and scripting with Bash Python or JavaScript
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
• Nice to Have :

MongoDB Certifications (e.g. Certified Developer or DBA)
