As part of the Financial Reporting and Management Team, EEV Reporting is responsible for the management reporting on KPIs and analysis on various financial initiatives, so as to support local and regional managements for business planning, investor relationship management and external disclosure.
Job Descriptions :
Business Plan & Forecasting : Leading the team to perform forecast of various financial KPIs, facilitating senior management to drive the business.
Financial management : Identifying any opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve & outperform the financial KPIs over the longer business terms. Managing analysis and documentations on various initiatives and methodology review.
Stakeholder Management : Work closely with other local and regional teams to elaborate the business plan and initiatives, as well as direct the messages for senior managements and committees.
Cross Function Support : Collaborate with other internal parties and provide technical support for different initiatives and business planning, e.g. provide advice for new product and campaign valuation, corporate with inforce management for assumption changes, etc.
Team Management : Supervise junior members within the team and provide ongoing coaching on technical knowledges and soft skills. Guiding members for teamwork and process improvement.
Technical Transformation : Supporting transformation and enhancement of varies reporting standards and requirements (e.g. Model Enhancement, Methodology Refinement, etc).
