Job description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team in a fully remote role. You will analyze and optimize their digital processes and strategies to enhance our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
Analyze existing digital processes for improvement opportunities.
Document business needs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop detailed project documentation and work with IT to translate needs into technical specifications.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and analyze data for business insights.
Monitor digital performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.

Experience working on customer facing applications (Web / Mobile)

Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
