The candidate must fulfil the following requirements –
1. Experience :
a) Minimum of 11 years (full-time or part-time) of substantial experience in marketing, public relations, social media management, copywriting , and / or event management .
b) Also include resource management , with demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills suitable for large-scale campaigns and communication issues.
c) Minimum of 4 years (full-time or part-time) experience providing resident services for a government department . This is to ensure familiarity with government operations and procedures.
2. Academic Qualification :
d) Bachelor degree holder or above , preferably in communication, marketing, public relations, media, event management, social science, or a related field.
e) Language proficiency equivalent to Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or 'Level 2' results in the "Use of English" and "Use of Chinese" papers in the CRE in HK, or an equivalent qualification.
