Responsibilities
- Provide both remote and on-site IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting desktop systems, networks, hardware, and software issues.
- Manage and maintain server, storage, network infrastructure, applications, and security controls.
- Conduct regular health checks, backups, and performance tuning for IT equipment and servers.
- Perform security risk analysis and assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Update MIS documentation, including inventory and system configurations.
- Handle ERP system administration, IP phone systems, AV equipment, and program development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges.
- Occasionally travel to Shenzhen for on-site support.
Requirements
Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher in IT or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MNC environment.Solid expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, VMWare, Microsoft 365, and Windows Applications.Proficiency in system security, network infrastructure, and cloud platform administration.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, IP phone systems, and AV equipment.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English.Benefits & Perks
