Manage reservations made by all reservations related channels in accordance with The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong operating procedures and best practices.
Liaise with other departments in regards of reservations related issues.
Achieving hotel revenue goals
Sell The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong products and services according to The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong standard operating procedures and best practices.
Deliver brand-hearted services and maintain a good level of product knowledge.
Requirement
2 years related experience or 1 year of experience in reservations / front office, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Be computer literate, preferably with Opera system knowledge.
Demonstrate the ability to interact positively with customers, employees and third parties, reflecting the high standards of the hotel.
Demonstrate problem solving and reasoning abilities, well time management and organization skills.
Be proficient in verbal and written English and preferably also in Mandarin.
Able to identify and anticipate guest’s needs with professional telephone manner.
