Responsibilities
- Strategy on how to promote / support frontline sales to do more insurance, by making it easy for them to rmend insurance solution with the right tools, right promotion, and creative / refreshing way to reward & motivate top sales
- Strategy on how to engage and arouse interest of customers on seeking insurance solution from DBS, by increasing the referral to frontline sales
- Implementation of above ideas by working with various internal departments (sales team,pliance, COO etc) & insurer
- Passionate and self-motivated candidate who likes toe up with new ideas and carry through the execution will be an ideal fit for this role
Requirements
