Our client, a leading multinational life insurer, is expanding its High Net Worth (HNW) business globally and is seeking a senior leader to oversee operations and drive transformation across this critical segment. The role is centred on building scalable, efficient, and client-focused operations that deliver exceptional service to HNW clients while ensuring underwriting standards and governance are effectively maintained.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global operational strategy, streamlining processes, embedding innovation, and implementing performance metrics to achieve continuous improvement and sustainable growth. A strong focus on operational transformation, service delivery, and regulatory compliance is essential, alongside the ability to oversee complex HNW underwriting governance. The role requires close collaboration with distribution, product, technology, and local market leaders to ensure seamless delivery and a consistently superior client experience.

We are seeking a proven executive with over 15 years of experience in HNW operations, ideally from insurance, with deep expertise in operations, transformation, and stakeholder leadership across multinational environments.
