Job descriptionDiploma or above in Information Technology / Computing / Computer Science At least 2 years hands-on Field Service Experience to configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and / or Juniper products and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, BGP, VPN). Knowledge and experience of networking technologies. Hands-on experience of network monitoring and diagnostic tools, (SevOne, Whatsup Gold, etc) Preferably with vendor certificate Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, etc) Customer oriented, independent & able to work under pressure Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Immediately available is highly preferred Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Network Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
- Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
- Perform network maintenance, change, monitoring, diagnostic and system upgrades.
- Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
- Manage network security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, e.g. network diagram, technical procedure & project workflow documents
