Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase :

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works

AtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase : Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction / road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND / 2024 / 07, was commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND / 2024 / 08, will be commenced in 2025 second half of the year tentatively.

Resident Assistant Inspector of Works (Civil) (Ref No. : FLN_RAIOW(C))

Candidates should have :

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, and
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant post qualification experience; or
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience inclusive of 1 year's relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor or equivalent in appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; or
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience inclusive of 1 year's relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• The academic qualification of Degree, Certificate or Diploma in occupational safety and health, or construction safety is preferable.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent.

Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

The candidates should have minimum academic / professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government's conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff. The incumbents will be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and to carry out supervision duties in Mainland China or overseas if necessary.

阿特金斯睿萊亞洲有限公司現為工程項目 - 粉嶺北新發展區餘下階段 - 地盤平整和基礎設施工程，招聘以下駐地盤工程職位。於粉嶺北新發展區進行地盤平整工程及相關的土地勘測, 建造連接粉嶺北新發展區至粉嶺公路相關地面道路，並進行相關路口／道路改善工程， 興建隔音屏障和鋪設低噪音物料路面，及進行附屬工程，包括行人天橋、行人路、單車徑、照明設施、交通輔助設施、污水泵房、排水系統、污水系統、水管、環境美化工程、斜坡工程和機電工程。第一份合約ND / 2024 / 07已於2024年7月展開，而第二份合約ND / 2024 / 08暫定於2025年下半年展開。

駐地盤助理工程督察 (土木工程) (參考編號 : FLN_RAIOW(C))

申請人必須：

(一) 持有建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 工業學院 / 科技學院 / 香港理工大學頒發相關學科的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；及

(二) 具有最少三年取得該專業資格後之相關工作經驗；或

(三) 具有最少五年相關工作經驗，包括一年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤監工或同等的相關工作經驗或 [公共工程項目顧問直接僱用駐地盤人員管理手冊] 第4.5.2節所列的內容；或

(四) 具有最少三年相關工作經驗，包括一年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤一級監工或同等的相關工作經驗或 [公共工程項目顧問直接僱用駐地盤人員管理手冊] 第4.5.2節所列的內容；或

(五) 持有職業安全與健康或建築安全之學位 / 証書 / 文憑尤佳。

(六) 香港中學文憑考試 / 香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第2級以上成績或同等學歷。

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科 (課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。

申請人必須具備以上最低要求之學歷╱專業資格。

聘用條款將按獲聘時政府駐工地員工相關的條款及條件而定。如有需要，任職者可能需要不定時、超時和輪班 (包括星期六、日和公眾假期) 工作，並可能需要到中國內地或海外進行監督工作。
