What you’ll do

Assist the technical team to handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services
Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
Assisting preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies / Building Service Engineering / Building Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent

Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A / B or above is preferred

3 years’ relevant experience with engineering position in Property Management / Maintenance Contractor’s field and / or in related to Building or E&M repair works

Candidates with more experience will be considered as the position of Sr. Building Engineer

Personal skills you excel

Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels

Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Immediately available is an advantage
