Position
Job Summary
In a multiple brands environment, Manage a small team
Luxury retail logistics monitor Asia operations (B2B & B2C)
Drive Inventory control and logistics cost control
Collaborate and Maintain relationship with brands & 3PLs
Role & Responsibilities
Monitor logistics operation and warehouse activities, see for opportunities in enabling a more efficient and effective way of daily operation
Responsible for logistics projects from planning, implementation, execution and review
Upkeep workflows and the documentation of workflows
Collaborate and communicate closely with different brands and all stakeholders on changes of logistics arrangement
Work with local authorities on customs compliance especially on CITES, perfume and scented items
Undertake audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals
Establish guidelines for inventory management and control
Maintain accurate stock & inventory in system locations with precise reconciliations
Coordinate in stock take activities
Own logistics budget, understand logistics cost structure, maintain & review logistics cost on a regular basis
Regular reports and analysis on logistics operation cost, volume and KPIs
Maintain regular communication with HQ logistics team
Monitor service providers performance by reviewing KPI, provide solutions
Drive & lead continuous process improvement for cost saving, operation efficiency & optimize operation procedures, and follow up closely
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in supply chain, transportation or logistics related discipline
Minimum 6 years relevant working experience preferably from retail industry with at least 3 years of management experience
Experience in project management, warehousing / logistics operation and leading a small team
Strong mindset in change management and their execution, ability to analyse issues and proactively propose solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills, open to share and challenge
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
