Securities Trade Data Modeling Business Analyst - Leading Investment Bank

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end trade processes by translatingplex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Serve as the main liaison between IT teams and key business units, such as Front Office, Risk,pliance, and Sales & Trading.
• Develop and maintain logical data models (employing ER diagramming techniques) to accurately represent trade data and transactional systems.
• Ensure consistent application of advanced data modeling techniques to support standardized data contracts.
• Analyze and dissectplex messaging flows, addressing challenges with innovative and actionable solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure integration across IT systems while maintaining data integrity andpliance.
• Produce clear andprehensive technical documentation and specifications for global stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, driving initiatives from conception through to delivery.
• Influence and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to promote adherence to data standards and ensure project momentum.
