Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the upgrade process from Oracle Retail RWMS v13 to Oracle WMS Cloud.
  • Manage the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide functional expertise in warehouse management processes, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics optimization.
  • Conduct user training and support post-implementation activities to ensure system adoption and performance.
  • Identify and resolve functional issues, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in WMS Cloud end-to-end lifecycle system implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effectivemunication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Oracle knowledge is preferred, but not a must.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in cloud-based solutions and integration with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics processes.
