We are representing a family office, they are looking for a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to support the Chairman.
About the Role
- Expertly manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and social engagements
- Liaise with venues, caterers, and other vendors to flawlessly plan and execute the Chairman's social and private events
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle all client and guest communications
- Anticipate the Chairman's needs and proactively resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to the Chairman's activities
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Candidate
With bachelor's degree in relevant discipline8+ years of experience as a personal assistant / executive assistant to CEO / Chairman / HNWIsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with native or near-native English proficiencyExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with hospitality and event managementFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
