About the Client

We are representing a family office, they are looking for a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to support the Chairman.

About the Role

  • Expertly manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and social engagements
  • Liaise with venues, caterers, and other vendors to flawlessly plan and execute the Chairman's social and private events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle all client and guest communications
  • Anticipate the Chairman's needs and proactively resolve any issues that arise
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to the Chairman's activities
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed

The Successful Candidate

  • With bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • 8+ years of experience as a personal assistant / executive assistant to CEO / Chairman / HNWIs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with native or near-native English proficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with hospitality and event management
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
