Vice President, Cybersecurity Risk Lead, Asia PacificCountry : Hong Kong
As a Cybersecurity Risk Lead, you will be part of the Santander Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) APAC Chief Information Security Office specialising on the implementation and development of global CIB information security programmes and initiatives and collaboration with audit programmes and compliance parameters. You will also oversee organisational and functional adherence to CIB policies and procedures on technology assets to facilitate cybersecurity risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Support global cybersecurity projects implementation, identify key actions and implement based on entity needs.
Define and oversee Cybersecurity controls and operating model for China Regulatory systems (PBOC, NFRA, SAFE, CFETS, etc), Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Monitor and improve the entity's KPIs and KRIs.
Assist with audits processes and participate in follow-up action plans.
Coordinate with Governance Risk & Compliance (“GRC”) areas to ensure key cybersecurity controls are documented, implemented, and monitored.
Coordinate with both Global teams in Spain and local APAC teams to achieve objectives and risk posture improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, telecommunications or related areas.
Hands-on experiences in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity risk controls.
Experience of Cybersecurity technologies and solutions for antimalware protection, data loss prevention, vulnerability managements, cyber detection and network security.
Knowledge of Cyber risk assessment frameworks.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Spanish is an advantage.
