Responsibility

Act as a HR Business Partner to provide diverse HR service to the designated business unit base on their business needs covering talent recruitment, remunerations, benefits, incentive plan review and performance management
Key personal to responsible for talent acquisition of assigned business units.
Facilitate on international assignment tasks and manage assignee profiles globally
Identify and implement HR best practices globally
Review, establish and implement various global HR policies and procedures for employee handbooks
Source and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review
Lead / participate in HR projects, including talent development, employee satisfactory review & enhancement and any projects related to HR operation
Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizations

Prior experiences work on regional HR assignments

Experience in acting as HRBP or overseas talent acquisition is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Humble, customer focus, result driven and always willing to learn / help / take ownership

Able to work under tight deadline and dynamic environment

Active team player with strong interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
