Responsibility

  • Act as a HR Business Partner to provide diverse HR service to the designated business unit base on their business needs covering talent recruitment, remunerations, benefits, incentive plan review and performance management
  • Key personal to responsible for talent acquisition of assigned business units.
  • Facilitate on international assignment tasks and manage assignee profiles globally
  • Identify and implement HR best practices globally
  • Review, establish and implement various global HR policies and procedures for employee handbooks
  • Source and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review
  • Lead / participate in HR projects, including talent development, employee satisfactory review & enhancement and any projects related to HR operation
  • Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Prior experiences work on regional HR assignments
  • Experience in acting as HRBP or overseas talent acquisition is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Humble, customer focus, result driven and always willing to learn / help / take ownership
  • Able to work under tight deadline and dynamic environment
  • Active team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
