Responsibility
- Act as a HR Business Partner to provide diverse HR service to the designated business unit base on their business needs covering talent recruitment, remunerations, benefits, incentive plan review and performance management
- Key personal to responsible for talent acquisition of assigned business units.
- Facilitate on international assignment tasks and manage assignee profiles globally
- Identify and implement HR best practices globally
- Review, establish and implement various global HR policies and procedures for employee handbooks
- Source and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review
- Lead / participate in HR projects, including talent development, employee satisfactory review & enhancement and any projects related to HR operation
- Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplineMinimum 5 years' relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizationsPrior experiences work on regional HR assignmentsExperience in acting as HRBP or overseas talent acquisition is an advantageProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingHumble, customer focus, result driven and always willing to learn / help / take ownershipAble to work under tight deadline and dynamic environmentActive team player with strong interpersonal skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
