We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Sales Team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow within the sales field.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be :

  • Providing daily administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, site visits and preparing reports.
  • Handling general office duties, such as answering phones, processing mail, and ordering supplies.
  • Qualifying incoming sales inquiries and routing them to the appropriate sales team member in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the Sales Team in the planning and execution of events and group business initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information in relevant systems e.g. Opera, etc.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all sales related administrative tasks such as sales presentations, proposals, agreement letters.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Monitoring market trends and tracking competitor activity to support the sales team members in their sales activities.

What we need from you

  • A bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business administration or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a hotel sales team is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome to join.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in using Opera is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing; speak any other languages is an advantage.
