We are seeking an experienced Head of Trading to lead and expand a dynamic digital assets trading desk. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing trading strategies, risk management, and optimizing market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute trading strategies for digital assets, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.
• Oversee trading operations, manage liquidity, and enhance execution efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to refine trading approaches.
• Lead and mentor a team of traders, fostering innovation and analytical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including maintaining the RO7 license requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize market-making and investment strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in trading (traditional finance or digital assets). Proven expertise in market structure, derivatives, and liquidity management. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in algorithmic trading. Must possess RO7 license and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong. Leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performance trading teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
