Senior Executive / Executive, Outreach and Partnership
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site visits to corporate and business clients, providing expert guidance to facilitate their onboarding onto Hong Kong’s leading digital pension platform.
- Deliver engaging on-site training sessions and provide hands-on support to enterprises and communities, driving the transition from offline to digital user experience.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of innovative workshops, campaigns, and events that drive digital adoption and community engagement.
- Manage and execute assigned projects efficiently, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in social sciences, marketing, business administration, fintech, or a related field.
