Our client is a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer with a strong presence in APAC, and they are now looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Officer.

about the job.

Maintain the quality management system (QMS), including document control, change control, and risk management systems
Participate in root cause analysis related to deviations and prepare corresponding CAPA reports (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions)
Evaluate and maintain the vendor qualification program
Handle product complaints and returns related to product quality
Perform self-inspection on the premises regularly
Provide quality-related training and maintain the training database under the GMP quality system
Coordinate with other departments to ensure cGMP is followed

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder or diploma holder in science subjects, preferably in Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, or Quality Management aspects

1 year of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical / FMCG

Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance in healthcare products, health supplements, Traditional Chinese Medicine would be an advantage

Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Quality Assurance
