Job descriptionHolder of higher diploma or above in Building Services, Architecture or any related discipline Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks, with practical experience in using BIM software highly preferred Familiar with 4D & 5D will be a definite advantage Experience on as-built stage will be an advantage Minimum 1 year working experience Strong time management and problem-solving skills Committed to achieve targets Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure Excellent inter-personal communication skills Have a good command of English and Chinese Member of CIC of Certified BIM Coordinator or Associate member of HKIBIM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage Candidate of more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Modeller
Job Duties
- Prepare and update BIM models as advised by engineers and perform rendering or animation as required
- Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
- Coordinate with internal team to follow up client’s request and ensure that deliverables are submitted on time
- Assist in development of BIM standard and templates
- Exchange the information through various Common Data Environment(CDE) platforms with project stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Assist the deliverables on as-built stage
