Job description

Responsibilities :

Make necessary calculations, analyse data, interpret clients’ design sketches and specifications, produce neat and clear sketch plans, submission / contract drawings
Produce graphical information for presentation to client employing the use of computer media
Highlight technical problems and suggest solutions for decision-making
Understand survey drawings and site measurements and produces any necessary plans and elevations
Understand and work from structural and building services drawings
Review and analyse usage of interior space and to analyse restrictions on usage
Use colors, render simple washes and reproduce color schemes using manual and / or computer media
Construction of models for feasibility studies

Requirements :

Diploma or above in Interior Design related discipline or other similar qualifications;

At least 5 years on-the-job training on sketches, layout plans and working details for design is essential, with multinational corporate exposure and advantage;

Proficiency in operating AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator & Photoshop;

Familiar with design procedures and contract documentations especially specifications;

Good drawings and record management;

Knowledge of interior / construction practices and procedures;

knowledge of BIM Revit is an advantage;

Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
