Building Services Inspector (ASD Secondment - Shek Kip Mei Site)

Qualification and Job Description

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from a recognized institution or university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
• Attained the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
• At least 10 years site experience including 6 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of building services inspector;
• Obtain the Certificate of the following courses : (a)  Occupation Safety and Health Management Course; (b) Basic Accident Prevention Course; (c) Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and (d) Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces;
• Work on Shek Kip Mei Site.
