Job description
Responsibilities :
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Executive
Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently
Liaise between different internal departments and / or external business corporations
Coordinate family and household affairs such as travel logistics and other personal matters
Requirements :
University degree in Business Management, Translation, or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role in a sizable organization
Proactive, organized, and detail-minded
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudes
