Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Perform a full range of closing administration operation tasks.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Performs other duties as appropriate.
- Ensure quality procedures and suggest improvements.
Requirements :
Diploma or aboveFluent spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese)2 years of experience in handling administration support and customer service roleExperience in hospitality industry is preferredExperience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and other computer systems.Positive attitude and able to work effectively as a good team player.Detail-minded, independent and good organized skills.Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.
