About the role
FundPark is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Manager to support various initiatives related to the company's development, including new office projects and other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of working independently to contribute to our growth and success.
What you need to do
- Project Management : Lead and coordinate new office projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Strategic Planning : Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and progress.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Market Research : Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or project management roles.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
