Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users
Provide daily health checks and monitoring on the computer systems and network to ensure their normal operation, and to recommend necessary follow up actions
Support, configure and troubleshoot wired, VPN and wireless network
Interact and follow up with other contractors for maintenance and fault reported for any IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, monitors, mobile devices, software, servers and network equipment until case completed
Answer Helpdesk hotline phone call and provide remote support through remote assistance software
Facilitate the setup of domain accounts, departmental portal accounts, Lotus Notes accounts and VPN accounts for users
Install, troubleshoot and maintain Lotus Notes and mail account for users
Produce regular reports on network traffic, virus infection, internet attack, PC switch on after office hour, usage, and performance reports
Provide VPN client, mobile device and network access support
Requirements :
At least higher diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology or computer science;
Shall have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) qualification.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) or equivalent;
Must have Government experience
Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, etc.
