Job Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Projects : Maintain project roadmaps, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Executive Decision-Making : Prepare concise executive briefings, synthesize meeting minutes, and manage action trackers to drive clear and timely decisions from leadership.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration : Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and accountable for follow-through.
• Contribute to Business Strategy : Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, competitors, and emerging technologies. Synthesize your findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Establish Operational Excellence : Design and implement project timelines, map dependencies, and establish a recurring governance cadence to create a predictable and efficient operating rhythm.
• Build Project Infrastructure : Develop and manage project infrastructure, including shared workspaces, documentation templates, and access controls, to enable seamless collaboration.
