Responsibilities
- Handle staff recruitment exercise, advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, and preparing for employment contracts, etc.
- Work closely with front-line managers for recruitment needed
- Plan, organize and facilitate HR projects related to employee relations, employee engagement and company cultural program
- Coordinate and facilitate training program such as new joiners’ orientation, staff training workshops
- Responsible for the maintenance of personal file
- Assist in setting up and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and internal control
- Assist in organizing corporate social activities / events
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplineAt least 3 years of working experience in HRExperience in IT industry is an advantageFamiliar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related legislationProficient in Microsoft OfficeTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, detail-minded and well-organizedGood command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinOur Client
