Job description

Our client is global leader when it comes to Medical Capital Equipment & Services . In order to deliver better services and explore more business opportunities, they are currently seeking for a skilled engineering / technical talent as join as their Installation Project Lead , overseeing project integrations in both Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end installation process, from project initiation to customer acceptance.
  • Conduct in-depth site assessments to determine optimal configuration & requirements for specific installation projects, based on clients' expectations & geographical metrics
  • Develop and map out comprehensive project plans, including timeline, resources allocations, risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Installations, Customer Services, Logistics etc. to ensure timeline is met & objectives are aligned
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers; work closely with clinical teams and hospital representatives to provide tailored installation solutions
  • Ensure projects are performed in accordance with business' quality standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience in Engineering / Installation / Service Support, with experience working with medical capital equipment
  • Candidates with prior project management experience, leading large-scale installation projects will be advantageous but not a must
  • Strong time management, communications and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin
