Introduction :

Role Overview : The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy. You will lead a dynamic team, manage our brand identity, and spearhead data-driven recruitment campaigns to achieve ambitious enrollment goals, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop, implement, and oversee an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the institution's vision of becoming a regional leader in higher education. Focus on brand positioning, student engagement, and overall market expansion.
  • Student Recruitment & Campaign Management : Lead the design and execution of impactful, data-driven recruitment campaigns targeting diverse student markets (domestic and international) to meet enrollment targets and institutional priorities.
  • Brand Management & Consistency : Strengthen and steward the institutions brand identity across all communication channelsdigital, print, and experientialensuring a consistent, compelling, and resonant presence with all key audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with academic faculties, admissions, and international affairs teams to effectively promote flagship programs, institutional initiatives, and key academic offerings.
  • Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis : Oversee comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and student preferences. Define, track, and analyze key marketing performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic refinements.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
  • Budget & Vendor Management : Responsibly manage marketing budgets and oversee relationships with external agencies, consultants, and vendors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with institutional standards.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or management role, preferably within the education sector or a mission-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated strong background and expertise in digital marketing, content strategy development, and international student recruitment initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and impactful brand development initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
