Responsibilities

Reinsurance Management

  • Support in reinsurance booking and preparation of reinsurance statement of account in a timely manner.
  • Clear queries from reinsurers to ensure timely reinsurance settlement.
  • Prepare documentations required for reinsurance treaties approval and signoff.
  • Assist in periodic regulatory reporting and group reporting on reinsurance matters.

Experience Study

  • Perform periodic monitoring on the claim experience
  • Conduct annual experience studies, assumption proposals and the relevant documentations for various assumption reviews
  • Derives insights and foresights across the actuarial value chain from advanced data analytic

    • Other responsibilities

  • Leverages next generation technology and digital solutions to improve actuarial workflows and processes to enhance efficiency to accelerate strategic objectives.
  • Ensurepliance to appropriate corporateernance, controls and documentation policies / procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
  • Provide support on adhoc tasks as assigned by manager

    • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • University / College graduate in Actuarial Science or relevant subject plus at least 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques, knowledge of actuarial software will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and database skills
  • Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese
