We’re supporting a leading veterinary employer in Hong Kong with the search for a  Department Head  to oversee veterinary operations across a large-scale, high-performing team.

The Opportunity :

This is a non-clinical position ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of operational performance, people leadership, and strategic planning. You’ll be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary veterinary team, overseeing healthcare for a large population of both active and retired racehorses, and contributing to long-term innovation in equine care.
