What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Experience :  Proven track record in  medical device sales  (endoscopy / ultrasound knowledge is a plus).

Healthcare Network :  Existing relationships with HA hospitals or private clinics preferred.

Skills :

Confident, professional communicator able to engage HCPs at all levels.

Tech-savvy with interest in AI / digital healthcare solutions.

Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative.

Culture Fit :  Energetic, considerate, and aligned with integrity-driven teamwork.

What you'll be doing on the job

Frontline Sales :  Manage and grow accounts across HA clusters and private healthcare facilities, with a deep understanding of hospital hierarchies and departmental workflows.

Product Training :  Conduct structured training (online or in-person) for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on professional-use disinfection products.

Relationship Building :  Strengthen ties with end-users (doctors, nurses, HODs) to sustain sales and identify opportunities.

Data-Driven Sales :  Use cloud-based platforms to track sales trends, analyze customer needs, and achieve quarterly targets.

Market Insight :  Monitor competitor activity and advocate for digital / AI-driven innovations in infection prevention.
