Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for a fast-scaling multinational group. This role will drive end-to-end financial management, build scalable systems, and provide insights that shape business growth and investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Governance

  • Establish and oversee accounting, reporting, payroll, and expense systems across entities.
  • Design and implement internal controls, payment workflows, and banking arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; develop dynamic financial models and reports.
  • Monitor performance, cash flow, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
  • Identify risks and implement control frameworks to safeguard company assets.

    • Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Advise leadership on financial strategy, fundraising, and capital allocation.
  • Prepare investor reports, due diligence materials, and support financing rounds ($100M+).
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business and financial priorities.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

    • Leadership & People Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team; promote accountability and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and scalability across operations.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, including 3-5 years in a Head of Finance / CFO capacity.
  • Proven track record in fundraising or managing multi-market financial structures ($100M+).
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS (9, 15, 16) and multi-currency consolidation.
  • Experience in gaming, fintech, or payments industries preferred (PSP, AML / CTF, player fund segregation).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
