Job descriptionBachelor Degree or above in Engineering / IT / Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Telecommunications is preferrable Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) Strong sense of responsibility Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills Immediate availability is preferred Candidate with more experience will be considered as Solution Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for
- the management of ICT projects
- user demand collection, network status analysis
- equipment or fiber network design and planning for Aggregate ring and Access network, including technology evaluation, equipment vendor and carrier selection, new network implementation
- project planning and monitor the project progress
- interface with the customer for operations issues(service enquiry, service delivery)
- network design and communicate with internal and external parties for reporting the project progress
- arranging project kick-off and regular meeting
- keeping tracking project status, liaison with internal / external parties to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
- assisting in project execution to facilitate smooth and on time service delivery
- preparing project report
