Fixed Network Engineer

In this position, you will :

• Organize and analyze the company's wired network resources and business development needs, including the development of base station relocation, broadband services, and dedicated line services.
• Assist in the formulation of planning and design schemes for the wired network, including network coverage site selection and optical cable layout.
• Monitor and evaluate the satisfaction of home broadband network users, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Assist in the construction and maintenance of IT support systems related to wired network planning or home broadband network quality management.
• Maintain and update the optical cable asset database, and assist in the implementation of optical cable wiring and machine room planning projects.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :

Bachelor's degree or above in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical majors.

At least 2 years of work experience in the communication industry, such as fixed network operators.

Practical experience in the planning, construction, and operation and maintenance of optical cable communication networks.

Familiar with big data analysis and GIS integration technology, capable of conducting optical cable network planning and resource management optimization.

Familiar with home broadband fixed network technologies such as GPON / XGSPON, as well as network quality monitoring techniques or methods.

Proficient in basic network knowledge such as TCP / IP, VLAN, LAN, WAN, etc.

Experience in the construction or maintenance of operator IT support systems, such as resource management systems or network quality monitoring systems.

Possess good communication skills and team spirit, able to communicate effectively with different departments and customers.

Priority will be given to those who hold relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, etc.
