Job descriptionBachelor's degree in information technology,puter Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus. Must be able tomunicate in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) for verbal and writtenmunication. At least 10+ years working experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects for multiple countries in Asia. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (, Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate andmunicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project expenses, track variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization withoutpromising project quality or objectives.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for infrastructure projects.
- Implement appropriate quality control measures and evaluate project oues.
