Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor the securities dealing activities and its operations, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and review the standard of procedures on dealing and operation processes to align with thepliance and risk culture of the Bank.
  • Conductprehensive market surveillance of securities activities relate to retail customers and ensurepliance with regulatory standards.
  • Champion the maintenance of operational resilience by implementing best practice that ensure business continuity for all dealing operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the development of securities business and to offer quality customer journey over all channels.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, distil this knowledge and sharing with the wider team.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in finance, business management or related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of related experiences in the securities dealing and sound knowledge of dealing operation, control and market surveillance.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Investment Services Manager.
  • Good knowledge of local and major stock markets.
  • Leadership quality in handling conflicts and decision making.
  • Strongmitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Goodmunication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
