Job description :
- Leading and managing warehouse operations across multiple sites including warehousing, inventory control, stock management and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management, storage and distribution processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics to support business objectives.
- Supervise and coach warehouse staff to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of warehouse staff.
- Ensure effective communication with different external and internal parties.
