Job description
Responsibilities
Contact and serving to the clients / customers in regards to the cargo which would have been shipped via different kind of modes
Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred
Respond to all requests for quotes from customer or sales executive
Co-lead procurement and sourcing initiatives for assigned trade lane development
Coordinate / drive business for the company in cooperation with the sales person owning the customer and other relevant departments
Communication with overseas for handling off-shore or triangle shipment
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
With relevant experience in sea-freight and customer service in freight forwarding company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized
Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
