Job description

Responsibilities

  • Contact and serving to the clients / customers in regards to the cargo which would have been shipped via different kind of modes
  • Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred
  • Respond to all requests for quotes from customer or sales executive
  • Co-lead procurement and sourcing initiatives for assigned trade lane development
  • Coordinate / drive business for the company in cooperation with the sales person owning the customer and other relevant departments
  • Communication with overseas for handling off-shore or triangle shipment

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • With relevant experience in sea-freight and customer service in freight forwarding company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
