  • Manage banking client workplace
  • Supervise a team of 7 technicians
  • Report to Technical Manager
  • What You’ll Do :

    • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
    • Review work orders and resolve issues.
    • Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
    • Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
    • Determine that work is complete, equipment is fully functional and client space is in prime working condition.
    • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
    • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
    • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
    • What You’ll Need :

    • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications / licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
    • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
    • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
