Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales target
- Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
- Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our Training and Certification services
- Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
Candidate specifications
Bachelor Degree level1-2 year relevant work experience in sales and business developmentGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin.Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skillsEnergetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI drivenEnjoy achieving and over-achieving targetsA good team player with good interpersonal skills and telephone mannerKnowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageousOur Excellence Behaviours : Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
