Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales target
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
  • Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our Training and Certification services
  • Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.

Candidate specifications

  • Bachelor Degree level
  • 1-2 year relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin.
  • Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skills
  • Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
  • Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
